Memorial Plaques

Among the customs that have arisen to help us deal with loss and bereavement is the commemoration of our dearly departed on a Memorial Plaque. These plaques, which are affixed to a special memorial board in our Chapel, are an expression of our love and appreciation. On the yahrzeit of your loved one, a bulb is lit to memorialize them. Please complete and return this form to the office (for each plaque use a separate form).
Once the form is received, Rabbi will review it and it will be emailed
back to you for confirmation.

Members Only - $750.00 per plaque:
Please log into your Member Portal. Doing so, will allow you to bill your account or pay by credit card (a 3% transaction fee will be applied). We appreciate payment prior to ordering the plaque (s). Mail check made payable to: Congregation Beth El 375 Stony Hill Road Yardley, PA 19067.

Non-members - $900.00 per plaque:
May pay by credit card (a 3% transaction fee will be applied) or mail check made payable to: Congregation Beth El 375 Stony Hill Road Yardley, PA 19067. We appreciate payment prior to ordering the plaque (s).
