Enjoy an Israeli-style dinner (including falafel, pita, hummus, salads, chicken tenders and french fries) with Israeli dancing, singing and schmoozing of course! Following dinner we will have Rockin' Shabbat services under the stars (weather permitting) and a sundae bar oneg Shabbat! Cost: $10/Adult and $5/Child
After August 15th the cost will be $12/Adult and $7/Child

Register Your Child For The 2008-09 Religious School Year
Registration Forms are now available for the upcoming 2008-09 religious school year. Our Fierverker Religious School educates children in Kindergarten through 7th grade. Registration Forms are available in the office as well as online. You can access the forms by clicking here. If you have any questions about our religious school, please contact Karen Lewin Education Director, at extension 3 in the office.
Women's Study Group
This coming year the Women's Study Group will be discusing European Jewish Women's Autobiographies and Biographies. The group meets one Wednesday evening a month in members' homes. TheSpring schedule is: January 16th, February 20th, March 19th, April 9th, May 21st, and June 18th. New members are always welcome. Yahrzeit is observed on the anniversary of the death of a loved one. Each year we mark this day with the lighting of a Yahrzeit candle and the recitation of the Mourner's Kaddish in a minyan. If you wish us to notify you of the English date on which the Yahrzeit occurs, please contact the synagogue office (215) 493-1707 ext. 4 or Claire@bethelyardley.org) with the following information: Person to be notified, Full English name of Deceased, Full Hebrew Name of Deceased, Relationship, Date and Year of Death and whether before or after sunset. Order forms are also in the display case in the synagogue lobby.
